About the Role:

Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive primary and secondary sales across assigned territories.
  • Appoint, manage, and grow distributors in the assigned area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.
  • Ensure product visibility, availability, and placement at all outlets.
  • Plan and execute market activation, promotions, and visibility drives.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide market feedback, competitor intelligence, and distribution gaps to management.
  • Ensure collection efficiency and adherence to credit norms.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 3–5 years of FMCG GT experience, preferably in

    Namkeen, Snacks, Home Care, or Personal Care

    categories.
  • Experience with leading FMCG brands 
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
