Key Responsibilities: Drive primary and secondary sales across assigned territories. Appoint, manage, and grow distributors in the assigned area. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and channel partners. Ensure product visibility, availability, and placement at all outlets. Plan and execute market activation, promotions, and visibility drives. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide market feedback, competitor intelligence, and distribution gaps to management. Ensure collection efficiency and adherence to credit norms. Key Requirements: Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory). 3–5 years of FMCG GT experience, preferably in Namkeen, Snacks, Home Care, or Personal Care categories. Experience with leading FMCG brands Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined. The role demands leadership in distribution expansion, team management, and driving sales growth across multiple districts. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Sales Officers across assigned territories. Drive business growth through distributors and channel partners. Ensure product placement, visibility, and availability across GT channels. Monitor daily sales performance and achieve revenue & distribution targets. Develop and implement trade promotions, market activations, and visibility programs. Coordinate with supply chain and marketing for smooth execution. Conduct market visits for performance monitoring and competitor tracking. Recruit, train, and motivate the field sales team. Maintain healthy credit control and collection discipline.
