Area Sales Manager

As an Area Field Manager at Ferrero, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the achievement of sales objectives by coordinating with Area Managers and Customer Team Managers. Your responsibilities will include managing and guiding the Sales Force, overseeing a team of District Managers, and providing support in sales operations management. You will also be responsible for directing the customer approach, ensuring the application of Category and Trade Marketing policies at sales points, and exploring development generators on customers. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the FMCG segment, with a proven track record of success in a similar position. You should possess demonstrable experience in managing complex teams and be fluent in English and Hindi. Key responsibilities will include recruiting, managing, motivating, coaching, and developing your team. You will collaborate closely with Area/District Managers, Customer Team Managers, Merchandisers, Sales Force, Trade Marketing Field, and Category Management to drive sales performance and ensure the application of sales conditions and trends in consumer prices.
