Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet targets

• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives

• Identify and acquire new customers while nurturing existing relationships

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis

• Represent Anmol Chemicals at trade shows and industry events

• Stay updated with industry trends and compliance requirements


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry

• Strong leadership, sales, and marketing capabilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel as needed

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
