We are a nine year old company dealing in Beauty Cosmetics & treatment Cosmetic OTC products. We are looking to expand into West Uttar Pradesh and are looking for Sales Persons from that region to join our team. We have a suitable opening in the function of Sales for the position of Area Sales Manager at the Head Quater Ghaziabad or Meerut. In this managerial role you will play a crucial role to generate business for the company in your assigned territory. The candidate will have to apply and lead the general trade business strategy to achieve targets and will be be responsible for the successful delivery of services and contribute to the winning of new key customers. The candidate should have minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the OTC Pharma or Cosmetics FMCG business in similar geography. Key Responsibility Area: - Appointing Super Stockiest/Distribution channel as per company policy - Recruiting, managing, and motivating the sales team. - Handling Channel Sales - Planning and Achieving month wise sales objectives. - Implementing and following company credit policy norms - Professional Competencies: Relationship orientation to manage distributors Team Management Stakeholder Management including Key Retailers Sales and primary sales objectives Qualification: Graduation mandatory Minimum 2 years experience as a Manager/Executive in cosmetic industry.
