Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Identify and target potential clients for working capital products and sourcing solutions. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share. Acquiring and managing working capital customers (Channel Finance, Trade, CGTMSE limit, Bank Guarantee, Letter of credit, Cash Credit, Overdraft and Term Loan proposals). Managing sourcing phase to approval, execution of docs, loading of limit, servicing & credit monitoring stage. Doing credit assessment preparing CAM and recommending to credit authority Cross sell to the existing customers Take care of all other regular service issues of clients, guiding client for maximum utilization of limits and services. Sourcing new clients from customer reference Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their working capital needs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to senior management. Ensure timely collection of dues from the customers with no delays. Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role. Preferred candidate profile: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Time management and organizational skills.
