About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Drive revenue and business growth in the assigned area through direct and channel sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centers, franchises, and other key stakeholders.
Identify, appoint, and manage PUPs (Pick-up Points) within the region.
Develop strategies to outperform competition and achieve sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and reporting requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve desired business objectives.

Requirements:

58 years of proven sales experience in the diagnostics/healthcare/medical devices industry.
Strong understanding of the diagnostics market in Bangalore.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to lead a team and deliver results under pressure.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
