Area Sales Manager - Deputy Manager

As a Service Team Manager, your role involves managing, training, and providing guidance to the Service team within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for setting reasonable service targets, monitoring team performance, and motivating members to meet or exceed these targets. Collecting customer feedback and updating senior management on service activities will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Set achievable Service targets for the team. - Monitor and motivate the service team to meet or exceed targets. - Collect customer feedback and communicate updates to senior management. - Travel to potential and existing customers to present company offerings and enhance brand awareness. - Utilize various communication channels to close service requests. - Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. - Implement a service management process to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in Distribution sales within EDC, fintech, Banking, or Insurance sectors. - Proven track record in setting and tracking sales targets. - Ability to review and lead a Sales Team effectively. - Strong research skills to enhance customer engagement. - Prior experience in handling an assigned territory, preferably within the Oil and Gas industry. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Proficiency in Excel is an added advantage.
