Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in

1) Delhi /Gurugram.

2) Bengaluru

3) Mumbai

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and achieving business targets by identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with IPCs / Commercial brokers / existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, coordinating with the marketing team, and ensuring client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and service enhancements.

• Market Research and Data Analysis skills
• Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the serviced office or real estate industry is a plus
