Area Sales Manager-Consumer Durables-Sales

Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving consumer durable and similar products new car finance volume and other cross sell products targets by managing various relationships assigned to you. This includes authorized dealers of various types, which may include Large format stores. You will recruit and train a sales team for sourcing business dealer counters and also develop a team of DST to achieve the business and cross-sell goals of both individual and team. Additionally, you will be involved in increasing distribution, identifying gaps and growth opportunities, as well as generating revenue through cross-selling company products. Your role will also include identifying and developing new relationships/dealers for generating business and supervising and guiding the sales team assigned in managing dealer relationships.
