Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Pune. The responsibilities for this role include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and expanding customer accounts, achieving sales targets, and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional activities.

• Strong knowledge of the compressor industry and related technology
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area
