Area Sales Manager-CA

Role Overview: As an Area Sales Manager - CA in the Retail Banking division of the Branch Banking function, your primary responsibility is to manage and expand the retail branch banking business in the region. You will be tasked with implementing strategies to achieve growth targets, expanding branch footprint, increasing product penetration, and delivering high-quality customer service. Your role includes identifying potential areas for acquiring Current Account customers in assigned geographies and guiding your team to successfully convert them. Additionally, you will have P&L responsibility contributing to the overall objectives of the branch banking channel.
