Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement

    : Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales in the assigned region.
  • Distributor Management

    : Appoint, manage, and support stockists/distributors; monitor stock health and ROI.
  • Salon Expansion

    : Increase brand visibility and retail penetration across towns and cities within the territory.
  • Team Leadership

    : Supervise, train, and motivate a team of Sales Officers or Territory Sales Executives.
  • Market Intelligence

    : Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform sales strategy.
  • Promotional Activities

    : Implement and monitor BTL activities, product launches, and retailer schemes.
  • Reporting

    : Maintain sales MIS, track KPIs, and report to senior management on a regular basis.
