Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, and other financial products. Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth. Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the assigned territory. Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas of improvement and provide coaching/training as needed. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in BFSI industry (preferably HL & Affordable Housing). Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy execution. Strong understanding of home loans/mortgage loans/housing finance/loan against property products sourcing through developers and connectors. Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers/channel partners/distributors. good hands-on experience in Home Loans for handling and managing Developers / Connectors / Market.
