Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (B2B) to lead and grow our B2B sales in the assigned region. The role involves managing sales teams, developing key business relationships, and achieving revenue targets through new and existing corporate customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for B2B customer acquisition in the assigned area Manage a team of sales executives or business development officers Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events Drive sales closures and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and risks Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reporting using CRM tools Coordinate with internal departments (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order execution Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals Prepare and present sales forecasts, plans, and reports to senior management
