Job Description: As an Area Sales Manager in the Ceramic Industry (Tiles) based in Punjab, your primary role will be to cover private projects, builders, related architects, and contractors. You will be responsible for conducting extensive field activities and following up on potential clients. Your tasks will include preparing details for future projects, analyzing market and competitor trends, and meeting regularly with architects, builders, promoters, contractors, and other institutional clients. Your ultimate goal will be to achieve the desired business outcomes within your designated territory. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong desire to achieve business targets for the territory and customers. You should have a proven track record of expanding markets, establishing profitable client relationships, and being result-oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective presentation abilities, leadership qualities, and strong client relationship building skills are essential for success in this role.
