Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for driving the strategic sales plans to achieve the targetsin
the assigned territory for Acute Care division.
Responsible for driving the activities resulting to secondary sales such as Customer Coverage, Roadshows, Demo Campaign, CMEs etc.
Maintain continuous discipline in reporting all sales related activities in the CRMtool and timely submissions of Sales and Closing Statement.
Responsible for driving the active leads and funnel management in the allocated region.
Collaborate with product manager to implement the innovative marketing strategies in the assigned region.
Responsible for good financial discipline.
Ensuring successful launch of all the new products in the assigned region.
Ensuring knowledge enhancement by self-learning and all the training programs conducted by the organization. Implement these learnings in the form of demonstrations to the clients highlighting the key features, benefits & value proposition of the products
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, opportunities and challenges within the region and derive strategies with the Zonal Head
Ensure 100% adherence with company policies, compliance and ethical standards in all sales activities
