Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager and Sales Executives located in Haryana and Delhi India. The Area Sales Manager and Sales Executives will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, managing and mentoring the sales team, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with other departments to align sales objectives with company goals.

Qualifications

Min Graduation and Post Graduation
  • Team Management, Leadership, and Mentoring skills
  • Strategic Planning and Market Analysis skills
  • Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as needed
