Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sales Visits:

  • Conduct regular visits to retail outlets, showrooms, distributors to introduce our products and services.
  • Identify potential customers and establish new business relationships to expand our client base.
  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to secure sales deals.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and facilitate repeat business.

2. Outstanding Payment Management:

  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from clients, ensuring timely collection of receivables.
  • Communicate with clients regarding overdue payments and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to track payment statuses and reconcile accounts receivable.
  • Implement strategies to minimize outstanding payments and improve cash flow.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including retailers, distributors, architects, and interior designers.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand your professional network and promote our brand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to address customer needs and market trends.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth and product innovation.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market demands, and competitor strategies.

Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales visits, customer interactions, and sales transactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review, highlighting key performance metrics and sales trends.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize sales performance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Preferably from segment of Modular kitchen or laminates or interior fittings high end.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales roles, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong network and connections in the retail, showroom, OEM, distributor, architect, and interior designer sectors.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales objectives and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
