Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Revenue Growth

Develop territory-level strategies aligned with agency channel priorities, analyze market trends and competitive landscape to incorporate insights into business planning
Lead initiatives that balance topline growth with profitability while maintaining optimal loss ratios across the region
Identify performance gaps and design corrective action plans including targeted schemes to bridge budget achievement gaps

2. Channel Partner Management & Network Expansion

Drive end-to-end agency lifecycle management including recruitment, onboarding, activation, and continuous development of agents
Design and execute localized engagement programs such as health camps, worksite initiatives, product training sessions, and broker development workshops
Build strategic relationships with agency partners and broking houses while conducting risk assessments to ensure compliance with audit standards

3. Customer Acquisition & Retention

Establish strategic partnerships with fleet owners, corporate clients, OEMs, and dealers to expand customer base in priority segments and geographies
Develop and implement customer retention frameworks to maximize policy renewal rates and enhance customer satisfaction
Drive customer-centric initiatives to improve experience throughout the policy lifecycle

4. Team Leadership & Capability Building

Contribute to manpower planning and set clear team objectives, assign responsibilities, and conduct performance evaluations
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and developmental feedback to team members while identifying strengths and development areas
Build robust succession pipelines for critical roles within the agency function
