You are the growth partner for every medical retailer who depends on our services to run their business seamlessly.

Role Overview

Sales Manager

You will lead a team of Delivery Partners (DEs) to achieve monthly sales, collection, and coverage targets while maintaining strong retailer relationships and market discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new retail pharmacies in the assigned area.
  • Ensure consistent order flow and sales growth from existing retailers.
  • Promote full utilization of Acintyo Local's catalogue (2L+ SKUs) and ensure customers get every product through our network.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Monitor outstanding collections and ensure retailers adhere to credit terms.
  • Maintain complete visibility on daily supply, orders, collections, and returns.
  • Train and support field executives (TBMs) to drive performance and achieve territory targets.
  • Work closely with distribution partners and suppliers for smooth inventory management.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management.
