About Us:
VTR Industries Pvt Ltd specialises in WPC/PVC/ply and allied building-material products, and we are looking to expand our field-sales team in Visakhapatnam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-field sales role: visit dealers/distributors, contractors and end-users in the assigned territory.
• Generate new business as well as maintain and grow existing accounts for our WPC/PVC/ply product lines.
• Conduct product demonstrations/site visits when required.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Provide market feedback, competitor insights and report field activity to the Sales Manager.
• Maintain sales records, forecasts and territory updates.

Required Profile:

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales (experience in WPC/PVC/ply or allied building-materials will be given weightage).
• Minimum Graduate qualification.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English + local language(s) preferred.
• Local candidate preferable (based in/around Visakhapatnam).
• Must own a bike and hold a valid driving licence (DL); field travel is mandatory.
• Self-motivated, target-driven with good interpersonal & negotiation skills.
• Readily available for daily travel within the assigned region.

What We Offer:

• Fixed salary in the range of ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month.
