Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a passion for driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned area.
Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to drive sales growth and enhance customer relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and identify trends.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
