Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a passion for driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned area.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to drive sales growth and enhance customer relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and identify trends.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
