Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales executives to achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities through channel distribution networks.
  • Oversee territory sales activities, including dealer development and network expansion.
  • Ensure effective brand promotion and product branding across all channels.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in area sales or similar role.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from any specialization (preferably).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and tactics.
