Area Sales Executive - Nehru Place

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell biometric attendance systems, including fingerprint, iris, and facial recognition devices. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a basic understanding of biometric hardware or attendance software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, online channels, and client referrals.
• Present and demonstrate biometric attendance solutions to clients (schools, corporates, factories, government departments, etc.)
• Understand client requirements and offer customized hardware/software combinations.
• Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, follow-ups, negotiation, closure, and after-sales coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales, leads, and customer accounts using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the technical and support team to ensure proper installation and service delivery.
• Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to build brand presence and acquire leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, or IT preferred)
• 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in biometric devices, security systems, or IT hardware is plus point.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of biometric devices and attendance management systems
• Ability to travel locally for client visits and product demos
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
