Sales Executive (Medical Representative) – Gynaecology & Skin Care Products

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Medical Representative (Sales Executive) to promote and sell our specialized range of gynecological and skin care pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and chemists to drive prescription and product demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote gynecological and skin care medicines to doctors, dermatologists, and gynecologists through regular field visits.
• Conduct product detailing and explain benefits, dosage, and usage to medical professionals.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and coverage plans.
• Generate prescriptions and ensure product availability at retail counters and pharmacies.
• Organize and conduct product awareness camps, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and doctor meets.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Submit daily call reports, maintain doctor-wise call data, and regularly update the CRM.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends in the assigned territory.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or related field (B.Sc., B.Pharma preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (preferably in gynecology or dermatology) is plus point.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of medical terminology and prescription behavior
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willing to travel extensively within assigned territory

Preferred:

• Existing network of gynecologists, dermatologists, or chemists in the region
• Experience with product launch and specialty segment promotion

Salary: Fixed + Incentives (up to 25000)+ Allowances (up to 5000)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
