This is a key leadership position as it supervises, motivates and leads Sales Technologists and Business Development Teams in frontline sales, who directly interface with external stakeholders such as Dealers, Paint Contractors, Architects, Interior Designers, Independent Sales Consultants etc to drive profitable topline sales.
Propose and finalise business targets in alignment with the RSM and also ensure 100% achievement of the same in the defined sales territory.
Take complete responsibility of the Sales Depot / C&F with respect to stocks/inventory, sales, collections and the smooth running of the C&F.
Monitor dealers routinely to check if they grow both on Volume and Value over previous year(s), check their payment performance and study opportunities to grow the business.
Nurture existing channel network and continuously strive to expand the sales network
Constantly look at how sales team can increase the number of product categories that can be sold at each dealer counter
Plan and execute all BTL events like Paint Contractor Meets, Shop Meets, Kiosk Activities etc
Closely monitor business development at all Tint Machine Dealerships.
