Supervisor, Production

As a Production Planning & Control Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless production operations and troubleshoot any issues to meet scheduled targets. You will be tasked with daily monitoring of production output to ensure it aligns with predetermined goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining detailed records related to production, quality control, maintenance activities, and safety protocols. A crucial aspect of your role will involve monitoring the performance of workers to ensure optimal efficiency and output. This will require a keen eye for detail and the ability to address any performance issues in a timely and effective manner.
