Area Sales Executive

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) Trainee at Lagnuvo, your role involves supporting sales growth, managing client relationships, and assisting the Area Sales Manager (ASM) in the Malappuram, Palakkad, Kochi, and Kozhikode regions. Your efforts will contribute to achieving sales targets, developing strategic plans, and maintaining a strong market presence in alignment with the company's objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional revenue and growth targets. - Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with current and potential clients. - Lead and guide a team of sales representatives to ensure the attainment of performance objectives. - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to shape strategic decisions. - Conduct negotiations and finalize deals while upholding profitability and client satisfaction. - Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis. - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to facilitate seamless order execution. - Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience: Preference for candidates with internship experience in sales. - Possess strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities. - Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights. - Familiarity with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area.
