Area Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Paint Division Location: Mumbai Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales & Marketing (preferably in Paints, Building Materials, or related industries) Qualification: Graduate preferred Salary: As per industry standards + Attractive Incentives Job Type: Full-time Vehicle: Own bike is mandatory Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell decorative paints to dealers, contractors, builders, and project sites. Build strong relationships with existing and new clients to expand customer base. Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities. Ensure timely collection of payments and follow-ups. Achieve monthly sales targets and report to management. Visit field locations daily and maintain records of sales activities. Desired Candidate Profile: Proven track record in field sales/marketing (especially in paints or similar industry). Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively.
