Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets in the assigned state/region. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the architectural hardware market. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt and refine sales strategies. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual and team sales goals. Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing training, and support professional development for team members. Set clear performance objectives and track progress to ensure targets are met. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, builders, contractors, and distributors. Address and resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner. Develop and manage key accounts to drive growth and maximize sales opportunities. Monitor sales performance and key metrics, preparing detailed reports for senior management. Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress. Identify areas for improvement based on sales data and implement strategies to enhance performance. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance market presence. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the architectural hardware sector. Manage the sales budget, including travel and expenses, to ensure efficient resource utilization. Develop and oversee financial forecasts and sales plans to stay within budget constraints. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of2 years of experience in sales management within the architectural hardware or related industry.(Laminate, Plywood, Fevicol, Sun mica , Hardware- Hinges 2D/3D ,telescopic Channels) Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a successful sales team. In-depth knowledge of architectural hardware products, industry standards, and market dynamics. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel extensively within the state/region as required. Opening for Mumbai/ Pune
