Area Sales Executive

Role Overview: As an Area Sales Executive General Trade in the Consumer Care Division (CCD) of the FMCG industry, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, expanding distribution networks, and leading a team of Market Reps. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, executing business plans, and enhancing territory performance. Key Responsibilities: - Drive primary and secondary sales to meet brand-wise and value targets effectively. - Implement monthly business plans to align goals with distributors and sales teams. - Enhance territory performance through strategic distribution, coverage expansion, and market penetration. - Build, train, and motivate field teams to ensure sales rep productivity and route optimization. - Lead Below the Line (BTL) activations such as trade schemes, visibility drives, new launches, and promotional campaigns. - Ensure adherence to sales hygiene and system compliance as per company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Qualifications Required: - Graduate or MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of FMCG sales experience, with a strong background in General Trade. - Proficient in sales planning, distributor management, and team coordination. - Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and maintain execution excellence. - Self-driven professional who excels in a fast-paced environment.
