Job Title: Sales Engineer

Experience from Industrialist Products is a must !

Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Jaipur, Haridwar, Kolkata.

Experience: 3 years – 7 years

Salary: 30,000/- to 70,000/- (based on experience & location)

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical Engineering

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and technically sound Sales Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to industrial products, especially in the areas of coding, marking, and packaging solutions. Freshers with strong technical and communication skills are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships in the assigned territory.

Promote and demonstrate industrial coding, marking & packaging equipment

Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate technical solutions.

Conduct product presentations, trials, and demos.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with service and technical teams for customer support.

Maintain sales reports, visit logs, and CRM updates.

Frequent travel for client meetings and site visits.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.

Prior experience in industrial equipment sales is preferred.

Understanding of coding, marking, and packaging systems.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.

Must be willing to travel extensively.

Candidate must have their own bike and a valid driving license.

Experience

3 to 7 years (freshers with strong aptitude may apply).

Previous experience with industrial machinery or technical sales will be an advantage.

Age Criteria: 25 to 30 years.

Additional Preference:

Preference will be given to candidates comfortable with extensive field travel and with prior exposure to industrial products.
