Job Description

Role Overview:

Area Relationship Manager (ARM)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deepen relationships with Public Sector Banks to achieve mutual fund business targets.
Engage with
Branch Heads, RMs, and key decision makers
to drive business through effective product positioning and sales strategies.
Acquire, develop, and retain
HNI/UHNI clients
by offering wealth and investment solutions.
Ensure maximum wallet share through cross-selling and upselling across wealth, CASA, and third-party distribution.
Conduct regular product training, joint calls, and business reviews with bank staff.
Track performance and ensure achievement of assigned area targets.
Provide market insights, competition updates, and strategic inputs to senior management.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum
8 years of experience
in BFSI industry, preferably in
mutual funds, wealth management, CASA, or third-party distribution.
Proven track record of managing
Public Sector Bank relationships
.
Strong exposure to handling
HNI/UHNI clients
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive results.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and strong in relationship building.

Education:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.
AMFI/NISM certification preferred.
