Job Description

Main Duties and Functions

. Effective Grass Root Level Planning.

  • Co-ordinate with area sales team to develop Sales Forecast for the month and quarter
  • Ensuring all the team members achieve their set business objectives
  • Optimize Resource Allocation and monitor Utilization
  • Guide optimal segmenting and targeting of customer to achieve set objectives
  • Regularly reviewing SVL to maximize prescription generation
  • Planning of territory coverage and frequency of calls at HCP and Pharmacies
  • Ensuring the team achieves and maintains TCFA as per agreed deliverables
  • Championing relationship building with HCPs, Pharmacies

. Being a Nutrition Partner to HCP

  • Developing Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) among HCPs
  • Driving Continuous Medical Education (CME) at local and regional level
  • Creating Key Business Leaders (KBL) to achieve business growths
  • Co-ordination & Liaising with Brand Team/Sales Team/Trade
  • Marketing team / Sales-Operations to work efficiently
  • Servicing Customers in Vacant Territories

. Business Opportunity identification

  • Plan, implement and review marketing strategies with team
  • Identify new business opportunities to increase market share
  • Drive Special Initiatives - Campaigns, Activities

Team Management

  • Timely Recruitment
  • Training & Coaching the team to utilize maximum potential of individuals
  • Conducting unbiased and transparent Performance review with team members-Monthly/ Quarterly / Yearly
  • Timely recognition of performance with awards and rewards.
  • Retaining Employees through Motivation and Team Building
  • Counselling team members on career growth avenues.

Management Routines

  • Ensuring Implementation of SOP and company guidelines
  • Data Analysis for better decision making
  • Timely Report Collection, Review and Submission
  • Adhere to the codes of ethics
  • Ensure “Work in Safe Environment” -WISE for self and team

Job Specifications

. Education Background: Graduate/ Post Graduate with total exp. of 6-9 years.

. Skills Needed (Technical):

  • Experience in dealing with doctors.

. Core Functional Competencies to be successful on the job

  • Good Planning and Analytical skills.
