Area Manager - Affordable Housing / Senior Area Manager - Affordable Housing
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities

Implement Credit Policy and continuously evaluate to ensure adherence and compliance with the Authority Matrix at assigned branches.

Conduct credit appraisal for BL & Doctor Loans files for the assigned location.

Keep delinquency under control.

Ensure compliance with policy and processes.

Report location metrics such as Login, Approval, Disbursal, Rejection, and Deviation on a monthly basis as per prescribed format.

Conduct market research and provide feedback for new product launches.

Offer feedback on credit policy based on market conditions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Practice Emotional IntelligenceDevelops the team, supporting them to do more.

Listens to others, stays calm under pressure, and treats everyone with respect.
