As an experienced professional with 1 - 10 years of experience, your role will involve ensuring budgeted capacitation at branches and achieving business targets assigned for the area through collaboration with the Cluster Manager to meet functional goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving the implementation of agency initiatives aimed at improving sales productivity across the assigned clusters. - Ensuring Training & Development for the Sales Force in the assigned territory to enhance skill development. - Maintaining relationships with the top advisors of the branches/area to enhance motivation levels. - Tracking attrition and renewal to achieve business health for the area. - Ensuring that business is conducted in an ethical manner and that customer and organizational objectives are met. - Identifying business opportunities through market intelligence and penetrating underdeveloped markets to enhance distribution reach and profitability for the assigned territory. - Maintaining harmony with other departments for smooth functioning and better productivity of the area and organization.
