You will be responsible for ensuring budgeted capacitation at branches and achieving business targets assigned for the area through collaboration with the Cluster Manager to meet the functional goals. Your key tasks will include driving the implementation of agency initiatives to improve sales productivity across the assigned clusters, providing Training & Development for the Sales Force in the assigned territory to enhance skill development, and maintaining relationships with the top advisors of the branches/area to enhance motivation levels. You will also be required to track attrition and renewal rates to achieve business health for the area, ensure that business is conducted in an ethical manner where customer and organizational objectives are met, and identify business opportunities through market intelligence to penetrate underdeveloped markets for enhancing distribution reach and profitability in the assigned territory. In addition, you will need to maintain harmony with other departments to ensure smooth functioning and better productivity of the area and the organization as a whole. Furthermore, you will be responsible for team development within your area. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 - 10 years of experience and hold a Graduate degree.,
