Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring budgeted capacitation at branches and achieving business targets assigned for the area through collaboration with the Cluster Manager to meet functional goals. Your key focus will be to drive the implementation of agency initiatives aimed at improving sales productivity across the assigned clusters. Additionally, you will need to ensure training and development for the Sales Force in the assigned territory to enhance skill development. Maintaining relationships with the top advisors of the branches/area to enhance motivation levels and tracking attrition and renewal to achieve business health for the area will be crucial. It is essential to conduct business in an ethical manner to ensure that both customer and organisational objectives are met. Identifying business opportunities through market intelligence and penetrating underdeveloped markets to enhance distribution reach and profitability for the assigned territory will also be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining harmony with other departments for smooth functioning and better productivity of the area and organisation is key.
