Role Description

To manage the cluster of centres as per company defined policies and achieve targets given by the company.

Role purpose

To achieve targets w.r.t. sales (glass & other products & services), payment collection, customer satisfaction (NPS score), profitability. Ensure adherence to centre SOPs, ensure customer relationship, conduct local area marketing activities, ensure optimum inventory at centres and improve overall business of the company in the given cluster.

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge & Skills

Insurance process, centre / store operations, customer handling, customer relationship management; Team Handling, Branch Handling, Area or Territory Management, Inventory Management and Audits
Good communication in local language, Hindi or / & English
