Area Manager- Waffle Castle

Waffle Castle, one of the fastest-growing waffle brands, is looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead operations and drive sales across Gujarat. The person must be responsible for managing existing and upcoming outlets, ensuring smooth store operations, sales growth, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations and ensure adherence to company SOPs and quality standards.

Drive sales targets, analyze performance reports, and create action plans.

Conduct operational audits (virtual & physical) and resolve escalations.

Collaborate with the marketing team for store-level and regional campaigns.

Guide and support franchise owners and store teams for overall brand growth.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in F&B, QSR, or Retail Operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple outlets and achieve growth targets.

Excellent problem-solving and team management capabilities.

Fluency in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
