Area Manager- Waffle Castle

As an experienced Area Manager at Waffle Castle, one of the fastest-growing waffle brands in Gujarat, your role will be crucial in leading operations and driving sales across the region. You will be responsible for managing existing and upcoming outlets to ensure smooth store operations, sales growth, and brand consistency. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily operations to ensure adherence to company SOPs and quality standards. - Drive sales targets by analyzing performance reports and creating actionable plans. - Conduct operational audits (virtual & physical) and promptly resolve any escalations. - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute store-level and regional campaigns effectively. - Provide guidance and support to franchise owners and store teams to facilitate overall brand growth. Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B, QSR, or Retail Operations. - Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple outlets and achieve growth targets. - Excellent problem-solving and team management capabilities. - Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati languages.
