Role Description This is a full-time role for an Area Manager Trainee at Vanitham Margin Free Supermarketn\. The Area Manager Trainee will be responsible for overseeing store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, managing inventory, and coordinating staff training and development. Additional responsibilities include analyzing sales data, implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role requires the ability to troubleshoot daily operational issues and support store managers in achieving their targets. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in inventory management and sales analysis Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making 0-1 Years of experience in Operational/ Management Field.
