Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsible for managing & supervise multiple bank branches in a Area. Ensuring branches meet their sales target, comply with banking regulations and deliver excellent customer service Supervise & support branches in daily operations Monitor the performance of the branches & ensure they meet business targets ( Deposits, New Customer acquisition, Govt. Schemes etc.) Guide & train branch staff to improve productivity & customer service Implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns to increase the business Ensure branches follow all legal & regulatory guidelines Resolve customer complaints & the staff issues at the branch level Timely reporting to the senior team Regularly review reports, audit finding & branch performance data Build strong relationship with high value customers & local authorities Preferred candidate profile Experience in team handling role Relevant experience in Savings account/FD/RD/Government schemes/New customer Acquisition.
