Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:-
Acquiring new customers through various channels like direct sales, builderrelationships, and open market outreach.Building and maintaining relationships with key partners such as builders, andother relevant stakeholders.Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets in theaffordable housing segment.Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the affordablehousing market.Conducting market research to understand customer needs and competitivelandscape.

Preferred candidate profile

Providing training and performance feedback to team members.
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth loan processing anddisbursement.Compliance & Risk Management:-Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelinesthroughout the loan process.Maintaining accurate records of loan applications and customer information.Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with loan applications.Communication & Interpersonal Skills:-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Team Management:Ability to lead, motivate, and train a teamCompliance & Risk Management:Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance procedures.Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and ability to handlecustomer inquiries effectively.
