As a Sales Process Manager, your role involves aggressively driving sales numbers and achieving business targets for home loans and cross-selling. You will be responsible for retaining and expanding the company's customer base for home loans and LAP channels (Loan Against Property) to ensure repeat business and referrals. Maximize sales through various channels such as DSA/Direct Sales/CA/Builders by effectively managing relationships and increasing penetration in approved APF projects. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for home loans and cross-selling - Retain and expand the customer base for home loans and LAP channels - Maximize sales through DSA/Direct Sales/CA/Builders - Increase penetration in approved APF projects - Develop new builder/channel relationships to penetrate new markets In terms of Sales Planning and Team Management, you will need to optimize team productivity by leading the sales managers effectively to assure the achievement of team results. Align with the team on ground lead generation activities and supervise the sales team for the implementation of the growth agenda through training, motivation, and deployment strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Optimize team productivity - Lead the team for ground lead generation activities - Supervise the sales team for implementing growth agenda You will also be responsible for staying updated on market trends and competitor intelligence to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. Use your understanding of the markets, competition, and products to provide feedback to the central product and policy team. Key Responsibilities: - Stay abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence - Provide feedback to the central product and policy team Ensure compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations, processes, policies, and reports as per company-designed systems.
