Area Manager - Retail Sales

Job Responsibilities

• Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for TMT Bars.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers (hardware stores, contractors, construction firms, etc.).
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of TMT Bar products, their features, benefits, and applications to provide effective recommendations to customers.
• Customer Support: Provide post-sale support to customers, ensuring product satisfaction, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues.
• Inventory Management: Work closely with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and manage stock levels.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer issues, and market insights to the management.

Required Qualification & Skills:

1) Education Qualification: Any Graduate

2) Work Experience: Minimum 5 years

3) Candidate should have experience of Retail Sales & Marketing of TMT Bars.

4) Candidate should have team handling experience.

5) Should be ready for travelling.
