Role Overview: As a Sales Process Manager, you will be responsible for aggressively driving sales numbers and achieving business targets for home loans and cross-selling while enhancing client relationships. You will retain and expand the company's customer base for home loans and LAP channel, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for home loans and cross-selling - Retain and expand the customer base for home loans and LAP channel - Maximize sales through DSA/Direct Sales/CA/Builders - Increase penetration in approved APF projects - Develop a robust business plan to improve disbursal patterns - Identify and develop new builder/channel relationships for market penetration Sales Planning and Team Management: - Optimize team productivity by leading sales managers effectively - Ensure achievement of team results and business targets - Lead ground lead generation activities for sales - Supervise the sales team for growth agenda implementation through training and motivation Industry & Governance: - Keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence - Develop effective sales and marketing strategies based on market understanding - Provide feedback to the product and policy team for market competitiveness - Ensure compliance with Audit/NHB regulations and company processes Qualification Required: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in the field - Graduate: Yes - Masters/Postgraduate: Yes,
