Job Description

Managing complete business operations with accountability to drive volumes: forecasting, monthly/quarterly/annual Sales targets & executing them within given period by organized planning.
Provide technical assistance to customers and market feedback; including key accounts activities such as trials, new product requirements, competition benchmarking, price increases etc.
Develop new business by means of strong and robust prospect pipeline management, aggressive technical sales visits and presentations to target accounts.
Responsible to identify channel gaps and identify new potential and sustainable distributors and appointing them to fulfil the gap to achieve the distribution volume target.
Responsible to lead and drive and regularly review a team of Distributors Sales Representatives (DSR) in the defined geography.
Responsible for developing technical and sales competency of DSRs.
Develop the annual territory plan for each account and each distributor in the territory, which is in line with the overall business performance strategy of the territory.
Deliver financial performance targets for the accounts within territory including volumes, Gross Margins.
Responsible for timely payment collection for customers and distributors as per agreed terms and ensuring nil overdue with no deviations.
