Area Manager - Relationship Channel

Role Overview: As a part of the team, your role involves managing and optimizing profitability for the branch, setting and monitoring branch targets, ensuring portfolio quality through underwriting, cost management, motivating the team, and enhancing customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve contributed value targets and sales volumes for multiple products. - Source quality underwriting diligence to meet sales targets while controlling delinquencies and frauds. - Provide superior customer experience. - Manage Turnaround Times (TATs) on credit processing. - Minimize pre and post disbursal discrepancies. - Monitor branch performance in terms of key drivers such as Contributed Values, Volumes, Profitability, Expenses, Losses, Employee Retention, Employee Productivity, and Customer experience. - Monitor individual performance of each employee and work continuously to maximize productivity. - Motivate and develop the branch team to excel. - Manage and mentor the team to keep attrition low. - Conduct regular meetings with branch staff to provide open and honest feedback. Qualification Required: - Previous experience in branch management or a similar role. - Strong understanding of profitability management and target setting. - Excellent communication and people management skills. - Ability to motivate and develop a team. - Experience in customer service and portfolio quality management. - Knowledge of cost management and underwriting processes.,
